According to authorities, by July 31 Greece hosted  a total of 70,676  Ukrainian refugees while by September 11, 10,139 non-Ukrainians  had arrived  in Greece in 2022—5,742 by sea and 4,397 by land. Greece's migration minister, Notis Mitarachi,  told parliament  in March that Ukrainians are “real refugees,” while those arriving from Syria or Afghanistan are “irregular migrants,” even though many Syrians and Afghans have valid refugee claims. While the Greek government continued to deny it engages in illegal pushbacks, it  reported  in early September “averting” 150,000 irregular arrivals in 2022. STRENGTHS, WEAKNESSES AND JOBS

Think for five minutes and write on a piece of paper what your strengths and weaknesses are. Tell a partner and explain on what you base your judgment. In teams, think of a job that needs a variety of abilities and qualities. There will be four teams and four different jobs. Half of the class: prepare an interview with seven questions. Show the class your offer. The other half: prepare your answers to possible questions because you will be interviewed for the different jobs.  The interviewers will choose a different candidate for each job and will explain why. You will swap roles.
