He mustn't drink alcohol (the doctor forbids it)


PAY ATTENTION TO THIS:

Mustn't: prohibition.

No obligation: don't have to.


HAVE TO/DON'T HAVE TO

We have to catch a bus to the city  (there is no train station, so it is necessary)

You don't have to buy a present (it is not necessary)
